Take a deep breath and come back to yourself. Winter Wellness is a midweek reset to help you drop into your body, release stagnant energy, and restore your inner flow.

You’re invited to experience two deeply immersive healing practices:

✨ Breathwork: Led by Claire from Conscious Breath Club
Deliberately activating the nervous system in a controlled and safe environment, in turn bringing about a non-ordinary state of consciousness by fluctuating O2 & CO2 levels and activating different parts of our brain.

✨ Sound Healing: Led by Melanie
A powerful Sound Bath using chakra bowls and intuitive Reiki energy healing, clearing blockages, restoring energetic flow across body, mind, & soul.

Attend either session or flow through both – each experience is powerful, personal, and transformational.

What to expect:
