Join us for a transformative mid-week breathwork journey with Claire from @consciousbreathclub! Through the power of your inhale and exhale, we’ll explore both the depths of our inner landscape and the expansiveness of the outer world.
We’ll begin with a grounding Yoga Nidra and meditation to prepare the mind and body before moving into an activated breathwork session. Finally, we’ll transition into deep relaxation, allowing space for integration and reflection.
The style of breathwork is Holotropic with a dash of Wim Hof and traditional Hawaiian. This style involves deliberately activating the nervous system in a controlled and safe environment, in turn bringing about a non-ordinary state of consciousness by fluctuating O2 & CO2 levels and activating different parts of our brain. This in turn allows a lot of stuck energy/emotions to come forward for release which we do mostly by moving our bodies or making sounds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Spots are limited. Please register your name for attendance here
THINGS TO KNOW:
Try to have a mostly empty stomach. Ideally, allow a few hours between your last main meal and the session.
Make sure you have no important or demanding tasks afterward, and for the remainder of the day. Breathwork is unpredictable, and each session can feel different depending on your physical, mental, and emotional state that day.
If I forget to remind you, please make sure to visit the bathroom before we begin. Needing the bathroom can disrupt your experience in an altered state of consciousness.
THINGS TO BRING:
Yoga mat (to lie on), a blanket, and socks (as our body temperature fluctuates during practice).
Pen and journal to record any insights or experiences.
Eye mask or something to cover your eyes (the darker, the better).
Lip balm, as your mouth may become dry with the change in breathing intensity. Staying hydrated throughout the day will also help with this.
See you there!
